My name is Frida Aspani, and I was born on February 19, 1997.

Since I was a child, my love for nature—especially animals—has been a defining part of who I am. I studied Communication at Universidad Iberoamericana, and after completing my degree in 2019, I worked in event and festival production. But nature always called me back.

I started exploring photography in 2021, beginning with landscapes and fully immersing myself in wildlife photography in 2022. For me, photography is a way to express the deep bond between humans and nature. Wildlife photography lets me capture the beauty and fragility of the animal world, while landscapes reflect the vastness and power of our environment. I’m also passionate about documenting people in nature—through outdoor sports, adventure, or quiet moments of connection with the elements.

In 2023, I was recognized among the Top 30 Photographers in Mexico by 35 Awards, an international photography competition that received over 400,000 entries. I also began collaborating with National Geographic on stories that combine personal experience with environmental awareness.

My goal is to create images that inspire respect and awe for the natural world—reminding us that we are not separate from nature, but an essential part of its balance.
